Sterilization Technician I

As the most recent addition to the Andersen Scientific team, Conor Russell brings enthusiasm to the office each day. His environmental science background and lab experience are an asset as he processes sterilization orders and handles the client contracts, and he appreciates that there is a lot to learn. “Every week that goes by, I learn a better way to do something,” said Russell.

On any given weekend, you can find Russell at a new event around town, from listening to reggae to trying out a new brewery. Since moving to North Carolina from Long Island, he said he goes out more often and loves meeting new people. He and his girlfriend enjoy rock climbing and hiking and take their hound/boxer mix, Porter, on frequent weekend camping trips to Asheville. 

Russell looks forward to developing his skills further at Andersen Scientific and has already made significant contributions to the team. “I can’t imagine working with better people,” he said. “They’re fun to work with, and I can go to them with any question. It’s a great environment.”
